Beneath the Umbrella: A Three-Part Wellness Journey
Beneath the Umbrella is a transformative three-part live series designed to bridge ancestral wisdom with contemporary healing. This workshop series will facilitate conscious conversations, new ways of thinking, and a safe space for it all to live. Our journey begins with ROOTS, where we honor the stories and lineages that have shaped our origins, before moving into WITHIN to tenderly explore the landscapes of our inner worlds. Finally, we gather under the CANOPY to imagine the vibrant seeds of collective wellness we can grow together in community, rooted in the richness of our shared cultural heritage.
